22 Dec Jason Barratt’s Top 5 on the Tweed Coast
Where does Paper Daisy’s Exec Chef Eat?
When guests are at Halcyon House for a longer stay, we are often asked where else aside from Paper Daisy would we recommend they eat? And who better to answer this question than Paper Daisy’s very own Executive Chef, Jason Barratt. We asked Jason to give us his top 5 places to dine in and around the region. It was a tough job for him to narrow it down to only 5, but we think you’ll love his selection. There’s something for all tastes and moods.
