Australia’s 20 best beaches for 2020 have been announced by Tourism Australia ambassador Brad Farmer, and Halcyon House’s own Cabarita Beach has topped the list.

Our home in Cabarita Beach along the Tweed Coast of NSW has long been known for its great surf, antique shopping and as a lauded dining destination. Tucked between Byron Bay and the Gold Coast, it is a true regional haven surrounded by scenic walking trails and restaurants – perfect for families and couples exploring our great nation alike.

Farmer, who has been reviewing beaches worldwide for over 35 years, calls Cabarita Beach a “quintessential Aussie beachscape showcasing a truly diverse range of settings to swoon over”.
