The dining experience at award winning restaurant Paper Daisy is a celebration of our unique part of the world. Paper Daisy has received many accolades including; One Hat (Good Food Guide 2020), 3 Glasses (Wine List Of the Year Awards 2020), Best Hotel Breakfast (Gourmet Traveller 2018),  and Australia’s Top 100 Restaurants (Australian Financial Review 2018).

 

The restaurant is currently open to in-house guests exclusively for breakfast and lunch. However we do accept large group bookings externally for lunch between 4-20 guests.  

 

 Our bar is open from 3pm to accommodate external guests as well as dinner from 6pm.

Meet Jason Barratt

Executive Chef, Jason Barratt grew up on the south-east coast of Victoria, beginning his career at the Stokehouse in St Kilda and has held senior roles at Circa The Prince and the 3 Hatted Attica. Jason also owned cult sandwich shop, Hector’s Deli, in Richmond. Most recently, Jason was Head Chef at Raes on Wategos before taking the helm as Executive Chef at award-wining hatted Paper Daisy. Jason is passionate about flavour and dedicated to using quality local produce and sustainably sourced seafood.
