INK Gin x paper daisy

This September, we’re celebrating the arrival of spring with Ink Gin. Discover a special menu of cocktails made for warmer days, longer afternoons and drinks by the sea, pouring at Paper Daisy all month long.

A NEW MENU

Visit Paper Daisy to sample Head Chef' - Baxter Newstead's new seasonal menu. Dine on an A La Carte, or 5 course set menu. Lunch from 12pm Daily, and Dinner from 5:30pm.

Sound Healing

Saturday 26 September — a guided experience designed to calm the nervous system and restore balance. Led by the rhythm of sound and stillness, this is a moment to slow down, reset, and reconnect — all set to the backdrop of the ocean. $39 per guest, 6:30pm.

The Prawn Roll

Moreton Bay tiger prawns, folded with avocado, macadamia and finger lime, finished with preserved lemon mayonnaise and served in a soft Sonoma brioche roll. A must try when visiting Halcyon House.
