Our exclusive collaboration with Absolut Elyx brings a limited-edition martini menu to Paper Daisy Bar, featuring bold, seasonal flavours and refined classics this April.
A NEW MENU
Visit Paper Daisy to sample Head Chef' - Baxter Newstead's new seasonal menu. Dine on an A La Carte, or 5 course set menu. Lunch from 12pm Daily, and Dinner from 5:30pm.
Moonlit Sound Healing
Saturday 30 May — a guided experience designed to calm the nervous system and restore balance. Led by the rhythm of sound and stillness, this is a moment to slow down, reset, and reconnect — all set to the backdrop of the ocean. $39 per guest, 7:30pm.
The Prawn Roll
Moreton Bay tiger prawns, folded with avocado, macadamia and finger lime, finished with preserved lemon mayonnaise and served in a soft Sonoma brioche roll. A must try when visiting Halcyon House.
