El Arquero at Halcyon House
This February and March, Halcyon House collaborates with El Arquero — a premium, additive-free tequila crafted in Jalisco. Founded by Australian cricket icon Adam Gilchrist, El Arquero (Spanish for “The Keeper”) is designed with Australian palates in mind — smooth, refined and made for sipping.
For February and March only, enjoy bespoke tequila cocktails and curated pours, celebrating relaxed luxury, considered craftsmanship and summer evenings by the sea.

Group Dining
With its unique beachside location, Paper Daisy is the perfect destination for group dining and intimate celebrations.
