Summer at Halcyon House is best enjoyed with a Brookie’s Gin in hand — sun-lit, citrus-forward and effortlessly refreshing, served poolside and at Paper Daisy throughout the season.
mOONLIT BEACH SOUND HEALING
An evening sound healing experience beneath the stars, where ocean rhythms and resonant tones guide the body into deep rest. Available for in house guests to book for $39pp on Saturday 31st January 2026.
