Follow an intentional program of daily Pilates, somatic movement, breathwork, guided meditation, acupuncture, contrast therapy and recovery. 7:00am – A guided barefoot beach walk or run along Cabarita Beach
7:50am – Fresh juice, gut tonics & morning rituals to start the day
8:00am – Morning Pilates with Kirsten, moving our bodies in the best way

10:00am – Sauna, steam and ice, the ultimate recovery and reset
12:00pm – Your own time to explore the neighbourhood on bikes
2:00pm – 60 minutes to switch off with Spa Treatment at Halcyon Spa
5:00pm – Somatic Movement & Breathwork session
